A new extension to the west of
the building will house a modern
flexible space that will serve as
rehearsal and exhibition space,
box office and intimate concert
venue. Smaller events, talks and
seminars will also be hosted here.
The original Memorial Hall
building will be converted into a
modern sound- proofed theatre
with hi-spec sound and lighting
booth, raked seating with
capacity for 160 seats and sprung
flooring for dance performance
and rehearsal.
The two storey extension will provide space for a
sound-proofed multi-use studio with sprung flooring,
to be used for dance, music and drama rehearsals.
