Where it all began..
The importance of community is celebrated at
Oswestry School and for good reason. Take a walk
around the school today and you will see many
buildings, facilities and resources that have been
paid for and donated by former pupils, staff and
friends of the school. It is our community that has
enabled the school to grow and develop into what it
is today.
The school shares its facilities with other groups
and organisations in Oswestry, ensuring that others
can benefit from our excellent resources too.

The Memorial Hall at Oswestry School is a fine
example of that community spirit. Built to

action during World War 1 and World War 2, it was
